Het idee voor Salva Services is ontstaan door Katrina Salvatierra. Bijna 30 jaar geleden is zij geïmmigreerd vanuit Venezuela. Inmiddels heeft zij een fijn leven opgebouwd in Nederland met partner en kinderen. Haar familie heeft ze destijds moeten achterlaten.
